Units 1/8" through 1" feature a 50 mesh, self-cleaning stainless steel screen, corrosion-resistant aluminum shell, high flow and minimal back pressure. When installed on the exhaust ports of pneumatic valves, metal pneumatic silencers are a quick and inexpensive way to help reduce work area noise. At the same time, they protect the inside of pneumatic valves from contamination which can enter through the exhaust ports.
